In this Toolkit Tuesday session, the speaker guides participants through a grounding and clearing breathwork exercise aligned with the month’s Nature and Nourishment theme. Speaking from the Design Life Center in Toronto, they emphasize the importance of connecting with the earth—ideally barefoot and outdoors, but even indoors works. The practice involves deep inhalations through the feet, visualizing energy rising up the spine and pausing at the top of the head, followed by exhaling down the front of the body to release what no longer serves. The goal is to refresh the body and mind, using this breathwork as a daily reset, transition tool, or energy boost. Participants are invited to try it and share their experiences in the chat.
