In this Toolkit Tuesday session, Dr. Stacy introduces a simple yet powerful grounding exercise designed to enhance focus and calm the mind without relying on breathwork. The practice involves interlacing your fingers, extending the index fingers so they point parallel, and calmly staring at them while breathing normally. She encourages participants to fully observe the sensations and inner shifts that arise during the exercise. Rather than immediately revealing the name of the tool, Dr. Stacy invites the community to try it out by Friday, reflect on their experience, and even guess or name the practice themselves. The focus is on embodied mindfulness and discovering its effects firsthand.
