In this Toolkit Tuesday session, Dr. Stacy shares a powerful yet simple tool inspired by Kundalini Yoga to help boost energy and motivation—especially on days when getting out of bed feels hard. The practice involves lying down, placing your hands on your heart or abdomen, and chanting the mantra “Har” (pronounced “Hud”) while pulling in at the navel. This activates the third chakra—your power center—and builds internal energy, like stoking a fire within. The chant also holds the energy of manifestation, helping move ideas into action. Dr. Stacy leads a three-minute guided version of the practice and encourages listeners to try it for 11 minutes to fully experience its effects.
