Right Nostril Breathing 01/14/25
In this “ToolKit Tuesday” session, Dr. Stacy guides participants through a breathwork exercise focused on right nostril breathing, part of the Pranayam Yogic Circles series. This practice explores the impact of manipulating breath flow and shifting energy pathways by inhaling and exhaling solely through the right nostril, which is associated with energizing and initiating new beginnings. Participants are invited to sit comfortably, adopt a mudra, focus their gaze at the third eye, and breathe deeply for three minutes. Following the exercise, they are encouraged to reflect on their experience, observe how it influenced their energy and mood, and consider integrating this practice into their daily routine. The session concludes with gratitude for the community’s shared commitment to personal growth and connection.
