In this Mindset Monday session, Dr. Stacy welcomes Gabrielle Oaso, a seasoned therapist and coach for the Design Your Health Masterclass, to explore one of the biggest mindset barriers: the belief of “not having enough time.” Gabrielle leads a calming breath meditation and shares a personal story about how unchecked assumptions around time create unnecessary stress. Together, they highlight how the phrase “I have time” or “I have an abundance of time” can be a powerful mindset shift that fosters rest, healthy habits, and presence. Participants reflect on how societal pressures and personal conditioning reinforce a chaotic pace of life, and the group collectively agrees to start a community challenge—anchoring a new habit in daily rest and mindfulness using the habit tracker. The session closes with excitement around launching this challenge, reinforcing that designing a fulfilling life starts with reclaiming time and energy intentionally, together as a community.
