Kundalini Yoga March 3/30
In this Kundalini Yoga session, participants were guided through Nag Kriya, a powerful kriya designed to activate the navel center (third chakra) and strengthen inner focus, persistence, and vitality. The teacher framed the practice within the context of a new moon and solar eclipse, symbolizing the dance of light and darkness—a metaphor for personal and planetary transformation. The class included breathwork, ego eradicator, core activation exercises, deep rest, and a meditative closing chant (Mangala Charn Mantra) for protection. Emphasis was placed on tuning into one’s inner light, moving through challenge with grace, and embracing both effort and stillness as part of life’s rhythm. The teacher concluded by celebrating participants’ resilience, inviting them to join the 7-Day Abundant Time Challenge as a continued journey of reclaiming spaciousness, purpose, and inner power.
