Kundalini Yoga March 3/25
Dr. Stacy, also known as Sita Arti, leads a Kundalini yoga session focused on “Navikria for Prana Apana,” a powerful set designed to connect the navel center with the heart’s intent and harness the healing energy of the hands. She emphasizes the significance of this practice as we transition from February, the month of love, into March, a time of growth and manifestation. The session begins with tuning in using the Adi Mantra, followed by a series of breathwork, kriyas, and meditative postures, including Sufi grinds, cat-cow, stretch poses, leg pistons, and front platform exercises. Each movement is synchronized with deep breathing techniques like Breath of Fire, aiming to balance energy, strengthen the core, and enhance vitality. The session concludes with a guided relaxation (Shavasana), a brief meditation for self-authority (Caliber Meditation), and a closing blessing with the “Long Time Sun” chant. Dr. Stacy encourages participants to embrace their inner wisdom, stay accountable to their heart’s vision, and continue practicing for personal growth and empowerment.
