This Kundalini Yoga session, led by Dr. Stacy (Sita Arti), is a dynamic and deeply energetic practice focused on releasing emotional blocks—particularly fear, sadness, and anger—stored in the body, especially in the solar plexus. The class includes traditional elements like tuning in with the Adi Mantra, pranayama (breathwork), kriyas (movement sequences), chanting (Sat Nam, Har Haray), and grounding postures. Emphasis is placed on self-awareness, emotional release, and honoring the body’s wisdom through powerful movements and breath. The session integrates physical exercises like hip circles, squats, spinal flexes, frog poses, and cat stretches with reflective pauses, encouraging practitioners to feel, process, and release stored energy. It concludes with relaxation, a spine massage, and the traditional Long Time Sun blessing, offering a nurturing close and reminding participants to trust their inner guidance and emotions.
