Kundalini Yoga Feb 23/25
The Kundalini Yoga session begins with a warm welcome and an introduction to a heart-centered practice aimed at amplifying the electromagnetic field around the heart. The instructor leads participants through traditional Kundalini Yoga elements, including tuning in with the Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo mantra, breathwork, kriyas, and meditation techniques like Sa Ta Na Ma for clearing energy and strengthening the aura. The session incorporates dynamic movements, breath of fire, and chanting to release emotional blockages and expand inner strength. Participants engage in deep stretching, spinal exercises, and a joyous dance to uplift their energy before closing with relaxation in Shavasana. The practice concludes with the Long Time Sun blessing and a reflection on leading with the heart.
