Kundalini Yoga April 27/25
In this Kundalini Yoga session, Dr. Stacy leads participants through a practice designed to awaken inner sun energy, positivity, and vitality, regardless of external circumstances. The class begins with warm-up sun salutations (Surya Namaskara) and breathwork to ground and energize the body, followed by the central kriya practice, including Sat Kriya, spinal flexes, frog pose, neck turns, and side bends. These movements aim to stimulate energy flow, balance the nervous system, and activate inner strength. The session then moves into a self-healing meditation and a final powerful positive mind meditation, where participants hold a specific mudra and mentally chant the mantra Sa Ta Na Ma to foster creativity, clarity, and inner peace. The practice concludes with Shavasana (deep relaxation) and the traditional Long Time Sun blessing, sending love and light to self, others, and all beings. Throughout, Dr. Stacy emphasizes self-compassion, listening to the body, and the importance of daily practice as a pathway to personal transformation and vibrant well-being.
