In this Kundalini Yoga session led by Dr. Stacy (spiritual name Sitaarti, meaning “Mother of Universal Light”), participants are guided through a gentle and meditative practice called Surya Kriya, focused on awakening inner sun energy—especially helpful during grey, wintry days. The session begins with breathwork, mantra chanting, and warm-up movements including Sufi grinds, spinal twists, and ego eradicator. It then transitions into kriyas like Sat Kriya, spinal flexes, frog pose, and neck turns to activate energy centers. A final meditation cultivates the positive mind, emphasizing stillness and the powerful mantra Sa Ta Na Ma for transformation. The session closes with the Long Time Sun blessing and a message of inner light, positivity, and purpose. Participants are encouraged to return to the practice for grounding and inner connection.
