Welcome! This Loving Kindness Meditation by me, Dr. Stacy, was originally shared during the LIVE Q&A on October 19, 2023. Everyone who attended experienced the power of doing this meditation together and so we decided to see what might happen if we made it a practice and did it for 21 days in a row.
My suggestion is to create a time and place in your daily routine to do this practice. Once completed, go over to the HABITS page and check in so you can track your progress and give and receive virtual High Fives for your follow through. Then come back here and let us know a little about your experience doing the meditation in the community forum. Are you noticing a change in how you feel? How is this practice impacting how you do the day, how you communicate and handle conflict?
Sharing the impact is a great way to amplify it for yourself and others. So let’s really come together around the intention of doing the inner work in order to spread light in the world right now. It is what we can do to help ourselves and at the same time, make the world a better place for all.
