following her father’s passing and the profound sense of peace and spiritual connection she now feels with him. Inspired by his free-spirited nature, she leads a live writing and mindfulness exercise centered on reclaiming personal freedom. Participants are guided through a grounding meditation, affirmations of self-love and acceptance, and a 15-minute free-writing session prompted by the phrase “I reclaim my freedom to…”. The session concludes with a gentle somatic release practice to reconnect with the body and express gratitude for the act of self-reflection. Dr. Stacy encourages participants to share their experiences and stay engaged as the live community practice evolves.
