Flow to Grow Friday July 25/25
In this Floatogrow Friday session, the speaker guides participants through a reflective journaling and mindfulness practice centered on the final days of the Nature and Nourishment challenge. The session begins with grounding breathwork, followed by a visualization of one’s favorite place in nature, encouraging participants to describe it in writing. The practice deepens with a self-compassion meditation using affirming phrases, and continues with a 10-minute journaling prompt: “My favorite place reflects back to me that I am…” The session closes with gentle movement, breath, gratitude, and an invitation to share insights. Participants are also encouraged to join Sunday’s Kundalini yoga class for continued self-elevation.
