Flow to Grow Friday Journaling Practice
Dr. Stacy guides the “Flow to Grow Friday” journaling practice, a reflective exercise to help participants release past burdens and make room for new beginnings, aligned with the energy of the year’s last full moon. The session begins with grounding through breathwork, a self-compassionate meditation, and affirmations to create a safe space for introspection. Participants then engage in a 15-minute uninterrupted journaling exercise prompted by, “My experience over the past year has taught me that it’s time to release…” The practice concludes with a grounding gesture of self-support and expressions of gratitude for the insights gained. Participants are encouraged to share their reflections to amplify the collective wisdom and foster inspiration within the community.
