DYL-Flow to Grow
Dr. Stacy introduces the “Floated Grow Practice,” a journaling exercise aimed at fostering self-compassion, clarity, and personal growth. The session begins with a guided meditation to create a safe, nurturing space for the vulnerable self, using affirmations to reinforce unconditional self-love and acceptance. Participants then engage in a 15-minute uninterrupted journaling exercise prompted by the phrase, “I am ready to let go of…” This practice encourages free-flowing, honest writing to explore and release challenges or habits from the past year. Dr. Stacy concludes with grounding exercises and an invitation to share reflections in the community, emphasizing the power of collective wisdom and support.
