kundalini Yoga July 27th
In this Kundalini Yoga session, participants are guided through the “Kriya for Elevation” to uplift and energize body and spirit, especially after experiencing low energy or challenging emotions. The class begins with warm-ups like Sufi grinds and cat-cow, followed by Breath of Fire and various life nerve stretches to awaken the spine and nervous system. Key postures include Ego Eradicator, spinal twists, and Cobra pose. The practice culminates with Sat Kriya and a powerful 11-minute Laya Yoga Meditation using the mantra Ek Ong Kar Sat Nam Siri Wahe Guru to raise Kundalini energy. The session ends with deep relaxation in Shavasana, a gratitude-filled closing meditation, and the traditional Long Time Sun blessing, inviting clarity, elevation, and connection to life force energy. Participants are encouraged to continue the practice and connect with the community both online and in-person.
