In this Kundalini Yoga session, Dr. Stacy guides participants through a practice centered on embracing the divine feminine energy, surrender, trust, and manifestation. The class opens with an intention to let go of control and lean into the support of the universe, symbolized by the phrase, “As I take the first step, the next stepping stone appears.” The session includes traditional Kundalini elements like the Adi Mantra, Breath of Fire, shaking to release stuck energy, heart-opening postures, and meditations for radiance and receiving blessings. A central theme is connecting to one’s inner power and electromagnetic field to “relax and attract” rather than hustle. The class concludes with a visualization-based meditation called Gur Prasad, where participants imagine receiving divine blessings into their hands, reinforcing trust, gratitude, and alignment with their dreams. Dr. Stacy encourages daily practice and reminds participants they are deeply supported by seen and unseen forces.
