Flow to Grow Friday April/04/25
In this Flo to Grow journaling session, part of the Seven-Day Abundant Time Challenge, participants are invited to reflect deeply on their relationship with time through a grounding breath practice and the prompt: “I now appreciate that time is…” The session begins with a calming mindfulness exercise to connect with one’s inner wisdom and vulnerability, followed by 15 minutes of uninterrupted journaling to explore insights around time. The guide encourages participants to write freely without judgment or editing, allowing truths to surface. The practice concludes with a moment of self-compassion—placing a hand on the shoulder to acknowledge the effort of showing up—and an invitation to share reflections with the community. Participants are also reminded to join the upcoming Sunday wrap-up session and complete the challenge to receive a special gift.
