Dr. Stacy leads a guided meditation and writing exercise on “Float & Grow Friday,” focusing on nurturing a sense of belonging. She then invites them to connect with their inner vulnerability through self-affirming phrases about acceptance and love. The session transitions into a 15-minute free-writing exercise on the prompt, “I can nurture my sense of belonging by…” without stopping or editing. Afterward, she encourages participants to share their reflections, fostering collective insight. The practice concludes with gentle body movements and a self-supporting gesture, reinforcing reassurance and gratitude. Dr. Stacy reminds everyone that they belong and encourages them to continue showing up for themselves and each other.
